Scott Remley joins MCG as a Vice President after more than four years as a pollster with Benenson Strategy Group, where he handled a broad portfolio of clients ranging from members of Congress to Fortune 500 firms to national non-profits to local school board elections.
Prior to joining Benenson, he spent three years on the legislative and communications staff of U.S. Senator Ken Salazar after serving as Research Director for Salazar’s 2004 landmark defeat of Pete Coors, which marked the turning of the tide in Colorado from red to blue.
In his career, Scott has served as a research consultant and three-time statewide Research Director, during which time he was able to get an opponent’s ad pulled from the airwaves during each campaign. He got his start as a researcher with the DNC in 1999, and has a degree from Oberlin College.
