Big Victory for Women in Wisconsin
“How could you vote against procedures that save lives,” asks one of the women in the two ads Planned Parenthood ran against Van Wanggaard in the WI Senate recall election (produced by our friends over at 76Words).
Planned Parenthood’s active engagement in the recall fight in Wisconsin, at the grassroots level and on the airwaves, should serve as wake-up call to all of those Tea Partiers who have spent the last year attacking women’s rights. Women can’t and won’t stand by as politicians limit access to critical health services like cancer screenings and breast exams.
